This policy explains what information IELTS Trek collects, why we collect it and how you can control it.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide: name, email address, phone number and learning goals.
• Learning activity: test answers and scores, lesson progress, essays and speaking recordings you submit.
• Payment confirmation details: the mobile number and transaction ID you enter at checkout. We never ask for your PIN or OTP.

How we use it

We use your information to run your account, mark tests, deliver teacher feedback, verify payments and send service emails. We do not sell personal data.

Recordings and essays

Speaking recordings are stored privately and can only be played by you and the teachers reviewing your work.

Your choices

You can update your profile at any time from your dashboard, unsubscribe from tips emails, or ask us to delete your account by contacting mezba.ielts@gmail.com.
